7-Day Plan

7-DAY PATIENCE PLAN

The concept of patience (sabr) appears in more than 90 verses of the Quran — one of its most-repeated commands. This seven-day plan aims to experience patience not in one sitting but spread across days: each day offers three verses, a short reflection, and a listening suggestion matching that day's theme. Day one opens with the Quran's own definition of patience; Surah Al-Baqarah states 'God is with the patient' (2:153) — a companionship that assures us we are never alone, even in the heaviest moments of impatience. Days two and three remind us that patience is made possible through God's help, and that ease comes with every hardship. Days four and five focus on the reward of the patient and the example of past prophets. Day six offers the supplication for a moment of hardship, and day seven closes with a review of the week and Surah Al-Asr's short but sweeping reminder. Your progress through the plan is saved in your browser; you can resume from any day.
