Methodology and Data Versions

The Arabic Quran text uses Tanzil Project Uthmani-script data. The site follows the commonly used Hafs numbering of 6,236 numbered verses.

Access to 6,236 verses does not mean 6,236 independent content landing pages. The primary reading unit is the surah page; only separately enriched Tier A verses remain standalone.

The English translation uses QuranEnc under its stated usage terms; source and edition details are shown on the Sources page. A translation conveys meaning and does not replace the Arabic Quran text.

Source-linked explanatory context is not presented as the site's own religious ruling. Sources and meaningful differences of view are disclosed.

Recitations are streamed from Islamic Network CDN (cdn.islamic.network) using approved reciter and edition identifiers, never archived on our own servers. The reciter list is shown on the Sources page.

Prayer times are calculated through the AlAdhan API using the configured calculation method, coordinates, and time zone. Small differences — especially for dawn and night prayers — may occur between institutions.

The tool does not replace an official local timetable or religious ruling; the calculation method used is disclosed on the relevant page.

Qibla direction is calculated as the initial great-circle bearing between the user's coordinates and the Kaaba. Phone compass sensors can be affected by magnetic interference and calibration.

The canonical 99 ordering follows the commonly used Diyanet/Tirmidhi sequence. The divine names are not limited to these 99 entries.

Al-Qadir (القادر) is canonical number 69. Al-Qadeer (القدير) is explained on the Al-Qadir page as a valid Quranic name/attribute form, not counted a second time in the canonical order. Al-Ahad is preserved as a supplemental Quranic name outside the 99-name count.

Abjad values are shown as historical letter-number calculations; the site does not present them as religious prescriptions, required repetition counts, or guarantees of outcomes. Counts, days, or times mentioned under dhikr tradition are presented as traditional reports with their source status. The counter offers 33, 99, or a user-defined target; the abjad value is not recommended as a target.

Kadir Özbek is the publisher. The site is not a fatwa authority — questions requiring a definitive religious ruling are handled through recognized sources, not personal authority claims.

AI may assist with research, language consistency, and engineering. The publisher remains responsible for sources, data, links, and publication decisions; fabricated sources or guaranteed outcomes are not accepted.

Publication date and a meaningful content update are kept separate; rechecking a source does not by itself get shown as "updated" when the content itself did not change.

Real errors are assessed under the Correction Policy. Users can report a source, verse, translation, date, or technical problem using the "Report an issue" tool, which carries the page context automatically.
