In Al-Hajj 22:40, the name closes a passage about people unjustly driven from their homes and the protection of places where Allah is remembered; divine help is joined to complete strength and might. The same surah returns to Qawiyy and Aziz in 22:74 after rejecting the weakness of objects worshipped besides Allah. Ash-Shura 42:19 places strength beside subtle kindness and provision.
