إِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّى خَٰلِقٌۢ بَشَرًۭا مِّن طِينٍۢ

English Translation
[So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay.
