أَفَمَنْ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ كَلِمَةُ ٱلْعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِى ٱلنَّارِ

English Translation

Then, is one who has deserved the decree of punishment [to be guided]? Then, can you save one who is in the Fire?
