بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ

English Translation
The revelation of the Book [i.e., the Qur’ān] is from Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
