هَٰذَا بَصَٰٓئِرُ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًۭى وَرَحْمَةٌۭ لِّقَوْمٍۢ يُوقِنُونَ

English Translation
This [Qur’ān] is enlightenment for mankind and guidance and mercy for a people who are certain [in faith].
