وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ

Mahmud Halil el-Husarî
English Translation
And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book[1430] with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.[1431]
