وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ

English Translation

And they said, "Why was this Qur’ān not sent down upon a great man from [one of] the two cities?"[1439]
