هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمُ ٱلْبَرْقَ خَوْفًۭا وَطَمَعًۭا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ

English Translation
It is He who shows you lightning, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds.
