وَإِذْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَٰبَ وَٱلْفُرْقَانَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ

And [recall] when We gave Moses the Scripture and criterion[27] that perhaps you would be guided.
