يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

English Translation
He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allāh is the possessor of great bounty.
